Welcome to The Mobile Toy Library!
This is a community service run by volunteers from the Rotary Club of West Tamar and their friends.
The main aim of the Mobile Toy Library is to help parents and grandparents get their young ones better ready for school. Children who start school with strong spoken language skills have a significant advantage when it comes to learning how to read and write.
Toys are a vehicle for conversation. By spending 10 – 15 minutes each day talking and playing with your child, you will help them to grow in many different ways.
Our Toy Library will supply you with high-quality toys which are carefully selected for developmental needs. It will keep your costs to a minimum, it will provide variety for optimal stimulation and it will help to reduce needless landfill created by unwanted toys.
